Cancellation Policy

Reservations through Airbnb or Vrbo
If you booked through Airbnb or Vrbo, the cancellation and refund terms attached to your reservation apply. Please review your booking confirmation and submit cancellation or date-change requests through the platform where you booked.
BajaRents can assist with questions about your stay, but an inquiry sent to us does not cancel or modify your reservation. Any refund is subject to the applicable booking terms and the platform’s process.
Future Direct Reservations
Direct online reservations through BajaRents.com are not currently available. When introduced, their cancellation and refund conditions will be provided before booking.
Long-Term Rentals
Cancellation or early termination of a long-term rental is governed by the applicable rental agreement.
